Easy Hash Brown Quiche
This is a easy, delicious quiche with a yummy hash brown crust is an easy dish for, breakfast, brunch or even dinner!
What you'll need:
3 cups, shredded frozen hash browns, thawed and drained
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, melted
3 large eggs, beaten
1 cup half and half (or milk)
1/2 cup of turkey bacon (cooked and chopped)
1 cup shredded cheddar
salt and pepper - to taste
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
Press the thawed out frozen hash browns between paper towels to dry them out as best as you can.
In a 9 inch pie pan toss the hash browns with melted butter into a plate and then press them into a pie pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Meanwhile, mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. When the crust is ready pour the egg mixture over and put in oven. Lower the oven temp 350 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes or until quiche is light golden brown.
